I don't hire an editor for my videos anymore. I hand the raw video to AI. It listens to what I say and builds the graphics on top, timed to my words.

The tool is called HyperFrames. It's a free project from HeyGen, and the setup below is exactly how I run it.

Give the first setup a real hour. Maybe two if the installs act up. After that, most of your time is waiting on the render.
